a. …I often feel like I just can’t take it anymore. Sometimes I want to completely throw in the towel and give up on life and myself. My life right now seems so difficult and then it gets even worse!?! It feels so hopeless sometimes.

Even when things look rough I know there is a reason for everything that happens and I trust in the outcome of my life’s experience. All of life – positive or negative – is a grand adventure that I find fascinating to watch and feel honored to experience.
